AI Skills Space is a paid community of AI practitioners with a private Telegram group. It is a new project, and from the start its founders did not want to do three jobs by hand: take payments, get to know each newcomer, and send the group link. We built a site where a visitor pays on one screen by entering an email and card details, without signing up. Then a voice agent (an AI program) talks with them and fills in their profile during the conversation: who they are, what they work on, and what holds them back. Next, a Telegram bot (a program that replies in the chat by itself) checks the subscription and sends a single-use invite to the private group. From the same profile, the system automatically places members in mastermind rooms: small circles where people with similar problems share experience. The founders approve nothing by hand
Besides the content, a paid community needs someone to take the money, get to know each new member, and let them into the group
Payment. The usual setup asks people to sign up on the site first and pay second. A signup form in front of a small monthly payment is where many people give up.
Getting to know a new member. Members need to find each other, so each one needs a profile: who they are, what they work on, and what they could offer others. The fields have to be the same for everyone, and that usually means a form. This community sells itself on not being a course, and a form feels like one.
Letting them in. Someone has to check that the person paid and send them the group link. Done by hand, that is a daily chore. Done with one shared link, the link gets passed around and people join without paying.

A site in dark colors, in two languages. It is designed to look unlike the online course platforms the audience already knows.
The visitor enters an email and card details on one screen, and the payment service Stripe charges the subscription. There is no signup and no password. After a successful payment the site saves a cookie in the browser, a small record it uses to recognize the member from then on.
A voice agent introduces itself and talks with the new member. It asks who they are, what they work on, how far along they are in using AI, what holds them back right now, and what they could offer other members. As the member answers, the agent fills in the profile fields. Nothing is typed up from a transcript afterwards.
After the call, a button opens the community’s Telegram bot through a signed link. The signature in it is a code only the site can create, so the link cannot be forged. The bot checks the signature, that the subscription is active, and that the call with the agent is complete. Then it sends a single-use invite to the private group: that link lets in one person only. The bot posts the new member’s card in the founders’ channel. Nobody approves anyone by hand.
The profile answers go into a member directory that can be filtered by the same fields. From the same profile, the system places each member in a mastermind room automatically, with the members whose problems are closest to theirs. This works because the agent picks answers from fixed lists. If it wrote each answer in its own words, no two profiles would match.
